Although most orders are processed within twenty-four (24) - forty-eight (48) business hours of payment receipt, please allow up to five business days for order pick and packaging when business is brisk and/or your order is large.
Domestic shipments typically arrive within two (2) - three (3) business days of USPS® parcel receipt, while international deliveries (barring any unforeseen delays in customs) are usually received in ten (10) - twenty-one (21) days.
What is your return policy?
Unless a product description is errant and/or woefully inadequate, All Sales Are Final and No Returns Will Be Accepted!!!
Period Miniatures™ warrants its products against manufacturer defects for a period of ninety (90) days from the original purchase date.
In order to facilitate our shipping a no charge replacement, defective product should be returned to Period Miniatures™ with your mailing address, a copy of your proof of purchase, and the top of the plastic bag bearing the self adhesive product stock number and item description tag.
Warranty coverage applies to "Epoch IV" products that were packaged in factory printed plastic bags, bearing the current Period Miniatures™ artwork.
Formerly manufactured by JAKS Industries, Inc., Epoch III products that were packaged in stapled, cardboard header topped plastic bags are not covered under our warranty.
